Depending on the season and preferences, we offer a variety of exciting options: crafting salted fish using ancient methods, savoring bamboo charcoal grilled squid, preparing sea salt preserved kumquats, creating Lamma Island's traditional rice cakes, baking delectable egg tarts, or crafting iconic pineapple buns.
